All new students will get a new Hot Shots tennis shirt, existing students will get a prize.
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING TO YOUR LESSON?
Shoes, a hat, water bottle, and their racquet are essential items to have at their lesson. Sunshine Tennis is responsible for your child's safety on court. We take this responsibility very seriously, so please make sure your childs hat and water bottle is always with them when they go to tennis.
WEATHER?
If a tennis lesson is washed out due to rain, you will be contacted via WhatsApp or sms prior to the lesson. Please always assume the lesson is on unless you are contacted. The washed out lesson will then be made up at a later date. You will be contacted via WhatsApp or sms to notify you of the date and time of your child's lesson to be made up. Please try to be available for this time or otherwise notify Sunshine Tennis.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS SICK OR AWAY?
If your child is sick and can't make their lesson, that lesson will be void. At Sunshine Tennis we do love the kids to get their lessons so will try to endeavour to place your child into another class as a one off makeup, though only if spaces are available.
HOW CAN WE PAY FOR OUR LESSONS?
All payments for group lessons for a term are made in advance with the options on private lessons and certain squads to be paid weekly. Payment options are only by cash or direct debit. Please contact Sunshine Tennis for bank details.
I NEED A FIXTURE FILL IN?
If your child is unable to play one of their fixtures and plenty of notice has been given we will try our best to find a fill in.
Points earned by the fill in will be added to the away player minus 1 point.
If we can't find a fill in the player will be allocated the lowest score from another player on the day.
If NO NOTICE has been given that a player can not play, that player won't receive any points for that week.
